BVI Sailing Charter Rates Rates for Seven Night All-Inclusive BVI Sailing Charter aboard Free Ingwe (Effective November 1, 2011 - December 15, 2012)* This is the traditional BVI yacht charter. Let Matt and Melissa show you what they fell in love with. With seven full nights of all-inclusive fun, you'll be able to see all the best beaches, snorkel spots, and tranquil bays. Let Mel spoil you all week with her amazing breakfasts, lunches and scrumptious dinners. At sunset, Matt will whip up one of his Caribbean cocktail specialties. We'll take care of all the shopping so you don't have to worry about groceries. We'll be in touch with you before you arrive so we understand your food and drink preferences as well as what type of activities you like best.

Six Night All-Inclusive BVI Sailing Charter
We know how hard it is to break away these days. And getting to and from the BVI can be a challenge. So if a 7 night crewed yacht charter doesn’t fit your schedule, try a 6 night package with Free Ingwe.
Take your time packing on Friday night. Saturday, fly into either Tortola Beef Island Airport in the BVI or Cyril E. King airport in St. Thomas. Unwind at one of the many fine island hotels and be ready to board Free Ingwe when we meet you dockside at noon on Sunday. We’ll drop you off at noon the following Saturday so you have a day and half to wander back to the real world.
BOOKING PROCESS
Ready for the vacation of a lifetime, and want to know where to sign? Well, here it is!
Email us at escape@sailfreeingwe.com or call us at (773)793 5388 to determine if your week of choice is available.
Once we agree upon a date, we will put a 10-day "hold" on your week and email you our charter contract to look over and sign. Once we receive your contract and deposit (25% of the charter fee), we will confirm your booking.
We will require the remaining payment of your charter prior to your week (usually in 2 more installments). We will also send out to you a charter preference sheet that asks for your likes/dislikes in food, drinks, activities and arrival information. Along with this preference sheet, we will send you an informational newsletter that should answer any questions you may have about chartering on Free Ingwe.
We welcome checks, Visa/MasterCard and wire transfers as forms of payment for your charter. All payments are held in an escrow account until one week before your charter commencement.
